The WWE Universe was left stunned this morning after Liv Morgan allegedly leaked a list of “20 Strict Rules” that female WWE Superstars are secretly required to follow — and the document is reportedly linked directly to WWE Chief Content Officer, Triple H.
In a now-deleted post on her private story, Liv reportedly shared a screenshot of what she called a “code of conduct” given to women on the roster, captioning it: “They say we’re equal, but they treat us like glass. I’ve had enough.”
Fans immediately began buzzing over what the list contained — and while WWE has not confirmed the authenticity, insiders are saying it might have been part of a planned worked shoot storyline designed to stir the pot before Liv’s next major feud.
According to sources close to the situation, here are some of the rules Liv allegedly exposed:
1. No changes to hair color without prior approval.
2. Mandatory check-in with wardrobe before every TV appearance.
3. No piercings or visible tattoos that aren’t pre-approved.
4. Weight must be maintained within “TV presentation standards.”
5. Romantic relationships with male superstars must be kept private.
6. No unscripted promos unless cleared by creative.
7. No public criticism of WWE decisions on social media.
8. High heels required during media appearances.
9. No makeup-free photos posted online.
10. Must train a minimum of four days a week during active season.
11. Cannot promote third-party products without WWE approval.
12. Must wear WWE-approved brand gear during workouts if filmed.
13. Travel schedules may be changed without notice.
14. No “dangerous” in-ring moves unless practiced multiple times.
15. All costumes must be reviewed by marketing.
16. Cannot alter in-ring persona outside of storyline.
17. Must participate in all fan meet-and-greets unless excused.
18. No involvement in independent wrestling events.
19. Limited say in storyline direction.
20. Triple H has final say on all female storylines and angles.
Some fans were outraged. “If even half of that is true, that’s insane,” wrote one user on X. “No wonder women have a harder time breaking through.”
Others defended the rules, claiming they might be exaggerated or misinterpreted, especially given WWE’s recent push to elevate women in main event storylines. However, Liv’s emotional caption made it feel more personal.
Later that night on Raw, Liv cut a fiery promo, blurring the line between storyline and reality:
> “You want to silence us with rules? You want to dress us up, make us smile, and never speak our minds? I’m done being silent. You don’t get Liv Morgan at 50%. You get the real me — rule breaker, spotlight stealer, and future champion!”
Speculation is now growing that this “leak” was part of an upcoming faction angle — possibly involving disgruntled female superstars rebelling against the system. Whether real or scripted, Liv Morgan has once again made herself the most talked-about name in women’s wrestling.
