SmackDown – May 16, 2025 – Orlando, Florida
In one of the most shocking moments in WWE SmackDown history, Jey Uso finally snapped. After months of emotional manipulation, betrayal, and inner conflict, “Main Event” Jey Uso superkicked his way out of The Bloodline—and left the WWE Universe stunned.
The night started with Roman Reigns making his long-awaited return to SmackDown. Flanked by Solo Sikoa and the ever-loyal Paul Heyman, The Tribal Chief stood in the center of the ring and addressed the WWE Universe with his usual commanding presence. Reigns, who had been absent for several weeks following his controversial WrestleMania loss, claimed that The Bloodline was “stronger than ever.”
But cracks in the family empire were obvious.
Jey Uso, noticeably detached, walked to the ring with a conflicted look in his eyes. The crowd erupted in chants of “Uce! Uce!”—sensing something was brewing. Roman offered Jey a cold ultimatum: fall in line or fall out.
“You either with us… or you against us,” Reigns said, staring dead into his cousin’s soul.
That’s when the unimaginable happened.
Jey turned his back on Roman—and superkicked Paul Heyman out of nowhere! The crowd gasped. Heyman crumpled to the mat, stunned and helpless. Solo Sikoa looked torn between loyalty to his brother and his loyalty to The Tribal Chief.
“You been manipulating me for too long, OG!” Jey shouted over Heyman’s fallen body. “You and Roman… I’m done bein’ used.”
Roman’s face turned from shock to unfiltered rage. He stormed forward, but Jey backed away, fists clenched, emotions overflowing.
“I’m out!” Jey screamed. “I quit The Bloodline! I’m done with all this!”
As Jey rolled out of the ring and stormed up the ramp, the arena exploded with cheers and disbelief. Roman stood in the ring, seething, staring down the ramp at the cousin he once called “his right-hand man.”
SmackDown went off the air with Roman yelling in frustration, Solo frozen in place, and Paul Heyman still trying to recover. The WWE Universe is left asking: What’s next for The Bloodline? Is Jey Uso finally ready to forge his own path, far from Roman’s shadow?
And perhaps most importantly: How will Roman Reigns respond?
Whatever happens next, one thing is certain—the Bloodline will never be the same again.
