The show was midway through when the camera cut to the backstage area, revealing Paul Heyman pacing nervously outside Roman’s private locker room. “Funny thing about Seth,” Roman said, adjusting the championship slung over his shoulder. “He always thinks he’s one step ahead. Always playing games, recruiting guys like Bron Breakker. But this isn’t chess. This is real life. And in real life, I’m the final boss.”
Roman made it clear that he hasn’t forgotten the disrespect Rollins showed during their last encounter, where Seth walked away with a smirk — not a victory, but a psychological edge. That smugness, Roman vowed, would cost him.
